Eddie and his team are fantastic. We just moved into our home a couple months ago and had smelly, foul tasting water that was also causing significant hard water and rust color stains. It was easy to set up a time for Eddie to come out and test our water and provide his recommendations on what we needed. It was fascinating to watch the water testing and a bit scary to see the outcomes. It was like a science project but Eddie explained everything to me thoroughly and answered all my questions. We were provided various dates Available for install without much wait time. When his crew came out to install they were all very polite, friendly and respectful. Eddie checked in during the day to make sure all was going well and to chat with me for a few minutes, and again answered any questions I had. Overall, we had a whole house water filtration system put in, in addition to reverse osmosis in our kitchen, and the UV disinfectant system installed. Our water now has no smell, tastes like “smart water” and stains have subsided. The total install took less than half a day and everything was neat, clean and orderly. We are beyond happy with the results and would highly recommend everyone have their water tested and if needed have a water filtration system installed using North Carolina Water Consultants.

The water system that I had just wasn’t good enough for the highly-acidic and high-iron water from my well. I hired NC Water Consultants and they were the exact professionals I needed to fix all my water issues. Christian was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and he only sold me what I needed for my specific water issues. He balanced the PH, upgraded to a larger filter, and installed a Reverse Osmosis faucet in my kitchen. Excellent work. Quality employees. I highly recommend this company.

Today we had a RO water faucet installed in our kitchen along with a line directly to our refrigerator. NC Water Consultants did an outstanding job. They called the day before to confirm the appointment, the installer arrived on time, and finished the project timely and efficiently without any mess. Our family couldn’t be more pleased with making our water treatment investment with North Carolina Water Consultants. Being new to the state, new to a water well, and water system (Neutralizer, Softener, etc) we had to educate ourselves. We quickly learned our water system was out dated with visible hard water, significant sediment, and undrinkable water in our home, so finding the right company to ensure my families health was top priority.
