I was very impress with the quality of the service we received from Eddie at NC Water Consultants. He evaluated our water and provided us with information on the quality of the water and the contaminants he found. He then explained our options to correct these issues. There was no pressure to do any of the corrections which I appreciated. Once we decided on the best plan for our situation, they set a date and time to start. They installed our system in one day. We are very pleased with the quality of our water and appreciate the efficiency of the install.

I have waited about 6 months to be sure everything was working well before completing this review. Our water is so much improved over what it was. Our toilet bowls are clean and stain free. The installation was seamless and professional and all the workers cleaned everything before they left. I would highly recommend them.

Without a doubt, the most professional service I have ever had for anything. Eddie came to our house, on time, tested the water and told us what we needed. We scheduled a time of installation and paid no money up front. HIs team came prepared as scheduled at 9:00 am and were finished, cleaned up and gone by 4:pm. No breaks for lunch, coffee, trips for tools or supplies etc. Just 4 guys working together to get a job done. They installed the Hague whole house system with water softener and reverse osmosis system. Our water now is like water you find in a hospital. The before and after difference is amazing. They deserve more than 5 stars. Eddie is you man for super clean water.
