Eddie and team were prompt and extremely professional. Eddie tested my water and explained everything he was doing. He told me exactly what I needed to ensure that my water was safe to drink and what was needed for my water to keep my appliances working well. Amazing! We just finished construction at our house during the time of COVID. The construction process was a total mess! Crews wouldn't show up and materials were missing most of the time. In comparison, North Carolina Water Consultants were simply amazing to work with. They showed up when scheduled and got the work done quickly and efficiently. They were incredibly nice, worked very clean (even during the wet winter with all the mud we had this year), and went above and beyond our expectations. Anybody looking for a filter system should give them a call.
